My Audi Q7 4.2 FSI looks like it needs new timing chains/tensioners etc and I know it's a big engine out job so would like it to be done by somebody who knows what they are doing ideally.

Can anyone recommend an indi in the Poole, Bournemouth, Ringwood, New Forest, to Southampton region? I'm currently in the heart of the New Forest so can get to all these places. The car is still derivable and perring nicely but don't want to stress it or drive it longer than I need before getting the work done. VCDS give the reports in case anyone is interested:
