    Hi
New member to the forum and hoping someone can help solve an issue with an Engine Management issue.
I have a 2005 diesel golf which recently showed Engine Management light using a code reader it highlighted P0183 - Generic Current Fuel Temperature Sensor A circuit high. I have changed the sensor and reset and car can be run without warning showing, however once ignition is turned off and on again warning code returns. I have checked resistance against temperatures of old sensor and it appaers to be ok.
Has anyone had similiar problems or can give me an idea what to check next.

    Many thanks
    Graham

I think you are in the wrong forum section, can you confirm this is a Golf 4 model (type 1J) and what is your engine type code such as BXE?
