    Can anyone help where and what to code to make the red line more into the 4K range ?

    That red line varies depending on the temperature of the engine so when it’s cold it’s more in the 4K range.

    Good question. These are stationary in my case too, absolutely the same as on yours. What can be the reason?

    Mine is like the second pic when cold and when warm it’s 5k or so.
    Not been out today so can’t tell exactly.

    So you have coded the needle sweep, as was wondering how you got the second photo at first.

    Agree with A6S its to do with engine temperature, once up to its normal operating temperature it stays fixed on mine. The lowest point depends on the ambient temperature so in the recent cold snap it has been lower than I have ever seen it maybe even 4,200rpm.

    Generally though it comes up, quicker than the engine temperature gauge does.

    It does vary by engine what the top one is my loan car was 5,000rpm and my own car is 5,200rpm (possibly 5,400rpm).

    Begs the question, why do you want to change it though?
