Ours are exactly the same except you have engine start note and lap timer active it must be in basic settings

If it's any help, my Ultra has a static bar.
I'm not sure if I remember reading somewhere that it is engine (or maybe gearbox) dependant.

I can make it move by changing model to S6 but only 1 bar

That's interesting given that S6 would normally have a red line much higher.... An S6 diesel

I wonder if its a combo of model and engine coding somewhere?

My old facelift ultra did that hot cold change in the limiter.
Could it be equipment specific? Both my facelifts had the tech pack, electric memory seats/mirrors(before they were standard equipment on the slines) so would have had the higher convenience or comfort modules.
