Seat Ibiza 1.23 tsi FR rear fog light problem

I all hope some one can help my daughters car has just failed its MOT on the rear fog light not working . I have scanned it with vcds and can not find the rear fog lights in the program even on a output test . The light on the dash does not come on then the switch to turn the rear fog light on is pulled . vcds only shows one fault when the car is scanned and thats to do with the stereo .

Does anyone no what the fault could be and where to find it . I have checked the bulb tried a seconds headlight switch but still no joy fused all checked not sure if the rear fog has its own relay as i cant find any reference to it anywhere
