Thanks so does that mean the A6 FL needs 256bits to fully "address" the car which is why some of the usual hacks don't work? Or by newer do you mean even newer models?

Think it’s any vag cars that’s on the mbq/mib platforms so anything newer than 2015.
Think that’s why in some modules you see a weird screen and no channels to choose from, it’s more a big list from the drop down menu.
