Exhausts and Bumper Trim

Hi, I have the below A8 D4 2015... only picked it up last week but have notice since the polished trim within the bumper has moved / come loose and is not proud to the bumper. If I push it it moves back into place then when I let go pushes out again... any know why this might be the case and what if anything I should look at to try and ensure it remains in place???

If they are anything like the trims on the Facelift A6, they are attached inside the bumper cover with a couple of screws. You can see what I mean in the first post of this thread:

I'd take it back and ask them to fix the issue if you've only just bought the car...
