    If you’re not sure pull the fuse out and do a continuity test through the red wire to each leg to see which leg is load.

    By continuity test, do you mean we just set it to DC and put the black probe on chassis and red probe on each leg of the fuse slot to see if we get any reading? The one with reading would be IN and one without reading would be OUT.
    I thought continuity test was to check if the circuit is complete like one end reaches the other end?

    Then, whichever one of the 2 slots in the fuse slot has voltage coming through, should be plugged opposite side of the fuse tap, right? According to this diagram, fuse taps take the draw from leg 1 and send it to tap wire, instead of Leg 2.
    I guess it won't matter if I am plugging a fuse tap like the one I linked above, not add-a-circuit. I am not sure if rexing has a dummy 2nd leg on the fuse since it's pointless.

    Yeah, you’re correct it won’t matter with your type. If you put it in the wrong way it just won’t work.
