Had a bump today and at least 1 parking sensor is knackered, can I get single replacement's and will it need to be programmed after installation?

    There plug and play.

Cheap as as chips on eBay all you need to is have them painted.

☝What he said, may need colour coding though and depending on you dexterity can be removed and fitted without removing the bumper. Just the lower valance which clips in.

Valance is totalled so that needs replacing as well,
How much for a new valance, the lower panel between exhausts and 1 parking sensor, painted & fitted. the guy who hit me is offering to get it done at some local back street garage but I am now starting to have reservations about how it will turn out. the guy admitted total responsibility so its not my fault at all and I know my car is now 10 years old but it was in excellent condition pre-crash.

I had a quote for almost exactly that piece of work when my car was hit in the work car park.
It came to almost £600 (incl VAT) for removal of the rear bumper, repair dent or find second hand bumper and respray in matching metallic paint, replace valance, Use VAGCOM to identify which sensor is broken, replace with genuine part and use VAGCOM again to remove faults.

Hi BIG was this for having a new valance fitted & painted or a second hand one?

It just says replace but they were going to look for a second hand bumper if it couldn't be repaired so I suspect it'd come as one unit.
