I know there are plenty of posts on retro fitting an RNS-e to A4's but I'd appreciate the advice of anyone who has done this or who can tell me whether if I can fit either of the above or do I have to stick with the 8HO which I believe is the correct model for the cabriolet. I can't see any physical difference between the two in adverts that I've seen, they appear to have identical front fascias, but would an 8EO cause any problems with VCDS or any other problems?

The reason I ask is there seem to be more 8EO units in good condition than the 8HO.
