Hello, I am new to the forum and have joined in an attempt to gain some much needed advice. I currently have the factory fitted head unit in my MK5 which doesn't include such things as Bluetooth, aux etc. which as a soon to be 21 year old i very much need.
I have seen the head unit on eBay however didn't want to commit to buying this if it wasn't going to be any good:

    http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VW-Golf-MK5-MK6-Jetta-7-Car-Stereo-Radio-DVD-Sat-Nav-GPS-Bluetooth-OEM-Style-UI/201237053761?hash=item2edaa9c141:g:0PUAAOSwzJ5XY78 O

Any advice on either this head unit or any other recommendations within a similar price range would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank You.

Hi, I'm just looking at replacing the Symphony II head unit on my 2005 S4 and looking at going with an Xtrons unit, not entirely sure what's out there for the Mk.5 Golf or your budget as although the price is low so is the spec, their unit I'm looking at has Android 8 with octo-core processor, 4 & 32Gb with full HD screen although it is twice the price. With technology getting updated so frequently I'm looking to buy as up to date a unit as possible. I haven't joined it yet but apparently there's a forum called XDA where there's lots of advice and help re these Android head units. Let us know if you go with this one or something else and how you get on?
