2012 A6 3.0 start button failure

Hi,
Only when its cold..
I press start button/brake, The RED LEDs round Tacho all light together, then one after the other i get full range of failures, stop/start failure, ESC failure, Tyre Pressure failre, brake failure, gearbox failure, maybe other as well.
Press Start Button again, shuts everythinbg off and we start again..

Eventually, the RED LEDs light up one by one, and it starts then its fine no failures no problems.

I have had a new door fitted, AUDI told me to take it back to repairers, they say fault in communications failure, no idea after that.

Any ideas anyone?

Sounds like it could be dodgy battery. There’s a huge drain on start up as all electronics have to fire up then the starter.
I doubt the new door would cause so much disruption in so much electronics as that would most likely just be wired to the convenience module.

Might be worth getting a scan on VCDS too. Would help eliminate any other issues
