Hi, my passenger side washer jet has stopped working. It went a bit limp a few weeks back so I took the nozzle off and thoroughly cleaned it including in vinegar, which didn't make a lot of difference. Now it has stopped working altogether. Driver's side is fine.

Under the bonnet it looks like the feeder pipe comes in on the drivers side and goes into the bonnet and across to both the nozzles.

Does anyone have any suggestions? It is due an MoT on a couple of weeks so I need to get it fixed.

    Many thanks

If it hasn't temporarily stopped working due to icy conditions then you can ways unhook it and route a replacement. You can try to fix it but they don't cost much.

Thanks, but the pipe is routed through the top of the bonnet and not sure how I would replace that. I am pretty certain the nozzle is clear as I gave it a very good clean

Here's a video of it being removed

But I don't know how you'd reroute it. You could attach a string to the old one, pull the old one out with the string now going through the bonnet. Then attach the new one and pull the string and it will route it back to the furthest hole. It's fiddly but should work.

Thanks. Looks ok getting the tube out using a bit of force, but threading it back in would be difficult.
