Went over a curb today and ripped off one of the under panels and have one half hanging off underneath the car

Is there a good place to find part numbers so I can find replacements on the internet ?

I was thinking of sourcing the parts and then go to an Indy garage and have them fit them.

    Thanks

    Obviously we didn't!!
Need more info as to which panel your referring to? There is quite a few under body panels on the A6. Can you post a pic of which one is missing? Which side? etc

The underbody plastic trays are quite recessed under the car in the A6. Not trying to be funny if you have managed to damage them I think you have bigger worries than just a few bits of plastic. I would have thought the side skirts would take it first especially on the slines.
If it’s like some of the other vag cars I’ve had there will be side ones which support the bottom ones and there could be more than one than faces downwards. Normally the side ones take it and the bottom just hangs there.
Sorry can’t help with part numbers.

Interestingly enough the side skirts appear fine, I will try and take a photo in the day light using a selfie stick and post to get a better view of what is going on.

Car drives fine in the mean time.

Looks like the two panels that are damaged are 4G0825201 & 4G0825207

Anyone recommend a good place to source replacements ?

Well after all this snow I have broken a bit on my undertray. Well it’s a bit loose so taken it off till I get access to a ramp.
Found this website that has the exploded diagram that might be of help to others.
Mine is part 21 that came loose.
