I’m overseas at the moment so haven’t been in the car. I’ve been using the web portal to add nav locations.

Managed to get in. They must be doing maintenance!

I was updating the dashcam firmware and wanted to do the speed camera updates in the MMI.

I had another look at the weekend and it has information about being able to do special destinations but no means to do it!! Must have been down for 6 months now.

Unacceptable but not worth complaining as the don’t care. I’m sure it’s still in the brochures though!

I think I’m going to give this a try - seems to work without needing the Audi website as you just extract the zip to the SD card:
