Can I retrofit post facelift new style LED rear lights into pre facelift car with LED rear lights?

The inners of my lights look faded and horrid so while changing them, I was wondering if I could put newer ones in (do all 4).

Search didn't come back with any help.

    Carl,

maybe if you explained exactly what car you have and pics from the net as to the current set up and what you want to fit people may get a better picture of what you are asking and you might get an answer.

i dont know difference between variants and i am reading the post a bit like " i have a piece of blue string and some red string, are they the same length?"

Exactly, I have the bottom, wondered if I can fit the top.

My 2 inners need repairing and just wondered if I could fit laters (2 parts and both sides).
