Live location of vehicle - realtime.

Following on from my last post about security, it would seem possible that you can go to the Audi Connect app at any one time and see where the vehicle is. Pretty much like a tracker. I have looked in the app and cannot find a way of doing this, I remember there used to be an icon to show you where the car is parked but I cannot find that either now.

Can anyone help?

hmm I don’t see that screen either. Just noticed this on mine. Where is the page where you can see the car locked? I wonder if my system is older as it is a MY16.

The locked screen etc was not in MY16 cars. I think the extra screens came in with MY17 when the cars came with embedded sims

Mine’s MY16 and I don’t have those extra screens and can’t see inline car location via the app. Dealer told me it was only MY17+ when I bought it.

I have those screen in my 17 model but when the car is on the move the App just reports words to the effect on map page: "Car on move and location can't be displayed"

Once car is parked up it displays the location.

If you don't have Emergency Call and Service buttons you can't have Car Report page in Audi Connect. In MY2016 you probably don't have it as in my MY2016. As I also know it is impossible to track the car when it is moving. Only during parking.
