I have a audi b6 1.8t quattro 166hp model. Can anyone confirm the stock fuel pressure on the returnless fuel system, the only thing i could find says 3.5bar.
Also if it is 3.5bar would this be enough for 850cc injectors? I'm trying for 500-600hp.

I can’t check from here which you have but it will be 3 or 4 Bar and 3 Bar if my memory is correct. The system can run 4 Bar easily but if you have a 3 Bar regulator the ECU would have to be recalibrated to make use of a 4 Bar regulator or the feeling correction map will just see it as over fuelling and correct for it within seconds. The best method is to fit an adjustable regulator with a gauge and a piggy back ECU system to make fuelling corcetins and lie to the factory ECU about what is going on.

The b6 1.8 t has the return less fuel system, the pressure regulator is in the fuel filter.
