Hi. OK you should have loads of memory, think it should be up to 10g. Have you loaded your own data, I'e music that may have filled it up. Only other thing is are you loading direct from the SIM card or trying via SD card.

I have loaded no data at all, strangely it just stopped working with this error message.
I should try another Sim card perhaps?

I didn't have the HDD based navigation in my C7 so can't comment from personal experience, but I seem to recall posts from a while back where users were having problems caused by the message memory in the SIM card being full. Might be worth checking and deleting any messages stored on the SIM card either from within the car or by putting the SIM card into another device. You also don't say if your car is a pre or post facelift. If it is the latter is it possible that in some way you have filled the hard disk with downloaded updates?

Hi Have a look at this link manual for Tech pack MMI facelift 2015. It states 2g memory needed for google maps appears it is streamed from the net, haven't used it myself so was not sure which way it worked. From what you are saying it looks like the HDD is almost full, have you had the car from new ? if not there may well be data from a previous owner on the drive. Hope this booklet helps.
