Hi....My low level oil light came on yesterday even though the level was fine. After some research I found it it was actually down to a blown fuse, in my case its Fuse 4 which is labelled as heater/ air condenser. I'm trying to find out firstly If anyone knows what is causing it to blow and secondly if someone can point me in the right direction for some wiring diagrams.

    Thanks in advance
    Jay

Fuse 4 actually powers quite a few different circuits
You will need to establish which circuit is causing it

Out of the list of possibles the likely culprits are as follows:
    Reverse lights
    Heated seats
    Heater system
    Engine oil sensor

Hi thanks for the reply zu11y.

The fuse appears to blow when you turn the heater up so I removed the glove box and unplugged the blower but it still happened when I used the + button to increase the what would of turned the heating up. I then noticed that the reverse light didn't work I so removed the rear light to check the bulb which was ok, I even unplugged the light but the fuse still blew....I've also unplugged the air con unit and the high pressure switch and it still blew...

Maybe the issue does lie with the reversing lights, I'll unplug the switch tomorrow and see what happens..

I'll report back if I suss it, in the meantime...If anyone else has any info to share it would be greatly appreciated..
