For what it's worth, I thought I'd mention that I replaced the tyres of my A6 Avant, MY17, with Michelin Primacy 4 all around, 225/55R17. After only about 1k miles I am very happy with them, a marked change from the Goodyear F1 AS3s I had before. Much better traction, noticeably quieter, more comfortable, overall much better tyres. Mind, a bit dearer too. I also noticed that I need to have the tyres at slightly higher pressure than the Goodyears (which I ran at Comfort Settings) for the same level of comfort, maybe due to the different compound?

I've just switched mine from kumho's to Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3s. On my 19" rims (255/40/19), they have made a phenomenal difference as expected. Would have liked Pilot Sport 4S but cannot justify £200 per tyre. I used the eBay offer to get the Goodyears for £122 each which was a bargain!

I hate Kumho. Had two of them and two P-zero when bought a car. Actually, I hate both of them Kumho seem to have have very soft side wall. Very noticeable when cornering. P-Zero on the other hand are like concrete rollers. Very bad combo for driving experience.

Switched to Goodyear F1 assym3 and going to stay with the same . Ordering a new set at the end of the month.

Agree completely! Having now had Goodyears, I can safely say I will not fit Kumho again! I've had them on more mid-range cars though and they have been okish.
