good evening...im having a problem with the revs at the moment..mk4 golf 1.4.
I accelerate and my needle slows down for a second then drops to 1000rpm or even stops at around 1400 1600 rpm.next it starts revving by itself 2..i clean the throttle body up a month ago, because it was idling at 600 rpm n then 800rpm..didnt sort out the problem at the time...but will switch if when fully locked....recently it has started at 1200rpm then sits at 800rpm after it has warmed up.. and now it plays about..i rev it just over 2000rpm and it stays at around 1400-1600 rpm...any advice please...many thanks.
