    I've completely rebuilt the head on my golf put the engine back together ran the can but I don't seem to have any boost
    At the same time a's the rebuild I have deleted all the normal things like sAi both vacume valves and evap but I haven't put resisters in yet and left them un plugged would that cause the car not to have boost I have changed the n75 for a new 1 and still no different I also don't no if I have plummed the n75 up right as there are some many different people telling me different ways it's a n75f I have made sure I'm falling my self the I have no boost as my dump valve dosent dump air can any 1 shed any light on this as Im going crazy oh and yes I have had it in diagnosis I've got a code come up of internal memory check sum error

    So you have deleted everything and have no boost but not properly and are surprised? Internal memory check sum error means your ECU has been badly remapped and will not control the boost until it is rectified.

    I haven't got a clue if the car had been or any thing I have gt another ecu I just need to remove the immo only reason I haven't put resisters in yet is coz I'm waiting for some to turn up so are u saying my ecu is dead due to bad map and that not letting it boost

    What are you doing with this resistor silliness? My daily is an AUQ which is an AUM with a factory map and it is giving 210ps, you don't need to mess with the system like that to get power, stop reading these forums that tell you how to bodge power out of it. I had a bloke in the other week who had been pratting around like this and the car ran like a dog, I told him what he needed to do and he did it and then slagged me off on Google for telling him so. If you want to put it right, get the ECU flashed back to standard and then add a system such as a Perfect Power SMT8 which allows you to tune and tweak any signal you like without cocking up the way it runs.
