Hi Guys, new to the world of VAG (Although had a Leon Cupra)

Basically I have a golf BlueMotion, MK6 Hatchback, it only has a single din unit installed. It is a company car but they are very lax with stuff like this if you want to change it. Ideally I would like to keep it standard, I have seen a slightly better unit on Ebay, more double din but still keeping OEM, is there much point in switching over to this? It's mainly to fill the gap in the dash and just look a lot less 'cheap'.

I also currently have a Parrot Kit fitted, I am not sure whether these are hardwired into the stereo or something? Is it worth me ripping out the current stereo for a better one? Or will it bugger up my Parrot?

    Many thanks.
