Hi all my wife has a 04 polo with standard radio. IM thinking of putting in a double dinn stereo for her maybe with a digital radio...

Question is would the standard Aerial need to be changed or will it pick up a digital signal for the new radio thanks.. Alan

The aerial should do, as its on the roof. If it was built into rear window then you would need different stuff

It might work when car is stationary, however on the move might be a different story !!

I think most radios with DAB come with a DAB aerial that you attach to the windscreen. Don't forget you'd need an adapter/splitter to use the original roof aerial for DAB. The DAB receiver will have it's own separate signal input.
