    It can be mesmerising (similar to Rainex) but then you realise that you have to remember to concentrate on your driving
    Awaiting A6 Avant Quattro SE Executive 3.0 TDI 218ps.

    Metallic Diamond beige, adaptive air suspension, Bose surround sound, LED matrix headlights, parking pack, technology pack, ambient lighting, heated folding mirrors, comfort seats, privacy glass and finally a swivelling ball!

    I can't fault the dipping response which is excellent, but has anyone else noticed darker spots in the beam pattern? Mine doesn't seem to reach as far as my previous Xenons (or I think non-matrix LEDs) but I can notice the individual blocks of light in the matrix, and seem to have a darker patch off to the right of centre.

    I'm trying to work out if this is normal, or if mine might need some additional calibration or even has a fault?

    Normal I think. I had full LED on my previous C7 and always though the full beam was fantastic. New matrix is definitely a little less bright overall. There are some dark lines between bright bits. That said they are perfectly fine and the auto matrix function work really well. Not been flashed yet in 300miles night driving.

    agree with earlier comment, I can't help but watch them working when I should be driving....
