    I can't actually remember if this is a light or just a reflector in the roof lining ...

    But if it is a light how do I change the bulb please?

    Generally speaking they just flick out. Get a smallish flat head screw driver and prize it out from one edge. Change it to an led whilst it's out. You won't regret it!
