    Hi all,

Wanted to sign up now that I am a Passat owner but I also need a bit of help/advice.

I took delivery of my Passat estate last Friday. It’s brand new. Lots to love. It’s GT spec so has the Titan black part alacantara part “leather” seat fabric.

i noticed that the leather parts, in particular middle rear seat and front arm rest, are a bit loose or saggy. I’ve seen some images of other new cars on auto trader that also seem to have this but not all.

Is it a characteristic of the material or should I be complaining to VW. I assume it mus have been quality controlled so I can’t help feeling it might be fruitless.

    Thanks

Why not just mention it at the first service? It doesn't sound right.
