    Hi,

Im currently looking into an ECU remap of my Golf GTD Mk6, after endless websites churning out facts and figures I thought I'd ask for some independent advice (you guys).

I live in Bedfordshire but I'm willing to travel for the right company. I have been told to look at RemapUk but I'm suspicious, anybody have any thoughts on these guys?

If people have genuine recommendations I would greatly appreciate it! I'm willing to go with the masses on this one.

    Thanks in advance folks!

    Carl

My old mk6 GTD was remapped by Big Fish Tuning in Stokesley Nth Yorks, ecu out, printed rolling road readout 222.3 bhp / 474nm £299.
Big Fish Tuning North Yorkshire Stokesley Middlesbrough Stockton Darlington Durham Northallerton Newcastle
Had 4 vehicles done to date every one spot on lovely powerful, tractable maps, economical as well.
    Highly recommended

Shark performance at Mansfield do a great job. Not far off the M1. http://www.sharkperformance.co.uk/
Had my Skoda Octavia 140 Tdi mapped there and the performance was amazing. Torque more than outright power (about 180bhp). It was a pleasure to drive and returned close to 60 mpg over 65000 miles.
No issues with smoke or emissions at MOT.
    They specialise in VAG products.
