Hello. I was wondering if anyone could advise? I have a 2013 golf cabriolet and noticed when vacuuming the car today that both front and rear nearside footwells are pooling water.

I have had convertibles before and know this to sometimes be related to blocked drains around the roof but I cant seem to see them on this car. Is this likely the issue and if so do you know where the drains are located? If it isn't likely that issue do you have any ideas of the cause?

    Thanks in anticipation

not to familiar with the car but a very common fault with vag is the balk head drain plug underneath the battery, if it is situated at bottom of the windscreen--if its that you will see the water build up when you look, another common one is the air intake for the heater-aircon-water just runs down windscreen and onto in through the air filter, filling the heater until it starts to fill floor well's !!!!
