HELP!!!! 1.6 TDi, starts and dies out!

I have developed a problem on my MK6 Golf 1.6 TDi, below lists what happened:

On the way home from work it started to stumble coming up to a junction. It nearly completely died out when trying to pull away, I put it into neutral and revved it and the 'misfire' went away (The revs wouldn't go up freely for a few seconds when i tried to take off, as if they were blocked when the throttle was pressed)

On the way home the glow plug light started to flash. As soon as I pulled up to my driveway to reverse in, the car dies out. Try to start it again, it runs for 10 seconds maximum but wouldn't idle correctly and pressing the throttle didn't make any difference (if anything it died out quicker)

Now the car starts OK, but when it does idle for the 10-12 seconds it starts to run rough and dies out - It puts out white coloured smoke also

No codes with VCDS and another an Autel diagnostic my mechanic uses. My EGR and DPF have been remapped out of the ECU, with the DPF being gutted out.

The car is November 2009, covered around 100k miles
