The car has developed an electrical fault with the rear center brake light and the rear drivers side indicator!

The indicator hasn't short circuited in a while but the rear center brake lamp shorts out every time!

For the life of me, after undoing the bolt that holds the lamp unit in place I cannot remove them from the car, I know the lamp units are a push fit into rubber grommets but there's no gaps around the lamps for me to get any leverage to pop them off.
I've ended up chipping the lamp unit. And this was with using a plastic trim removal tool.

Ive done some reading up and it seems the culprit could be the lamp connectors on the chassis side and/or lamp side being corroded?
I was hoping someone has the part number for these connectors?

Also is there a specific way to remove the rear lamp units?
