My 2001 Octavia L+K 20v turbo (150bhp) has just had a major service but the engine check light has illuminated. The car runs fine with no restricted performance and boosts as it should etc, Does anyone know how to extinguish it? I had the throttle body, air box and breather system off and cleaned etc. Can anyone tell me a check list of things that may have caused it to come on - e.g. list sensors to check/possible causes etc
    HELP!!!!!!

www.briskoda.net/forums might have a solution. Couple of Skoda techs are on there.
