New member (and just purchased my first Audi, A6 Avant '61 plate)

Hi, I'm just about to pick up my A6 Avant 2.0 '61 plate (old shape), first Audi for me, a whole new world awaits! I'd love a tech (Haynes?!) manual for it, it's only got 5-digit SatNav DVD (would like 6), it's missing the luggage compartment separators (has the rails), I will need roof bars and a tow bar pretty soon. It's got a strange telephone connection in the central arm rest, I'd love to convert that to a simple Android/iPhone charger if nothing else. I'm sure these forums will be a great help. You don't get Haynes manuals for them. You used to get Bentley repair manuals but everything is online now. You can join ErWin for different lengths of times and print off what you need. This gives access to all sorts of information.

Unfortunately, what you want to do is not easy or cheap. Most of the parts are protected and you need a dealer to code them. Asking on the forums is probably the best way to go about the mods.
