A mechanic told me that the immobilizer shuts off fuel through a solenoid valve which you can see when you follow up the fuel line, that you can feed power straight from the ignition if you want to bypass the immobilizer. So, I followed the fuel line on my VW Golf 4 of 1999 up to the fuel pump but did not find it, all I saw was two very tiny cables for the fuel guage and the other two for the fuel pump- one which is blue/purple in colour that goes up to the fusebox and the other brown which I did not locate where it was going.
May someone please take time to explain to me how this system of immobilizer works and how I can bypass it because I don't want it anymore.
