Hi, on my mk5 golf the bonnet pull is broken off as seen in pics below. Can anybody tell me is there also a bit missing off the actual cable where the ball part connects to the bracket/mount? (where the handle slots into) Or do I just need a replacement bracket/mount for it too work again? Any help much appreciated cheers!21363438_1651351858231542_1821856068_o.jpg 21390408_1651351821564879_549688375_o.jpg 21439319_1651351861564875_944614201_o.jpg

Last one I did I bought the whole assembly, handle and all,the cable with the ball end just slips in a hole, when fitting the new one I would take the bonnet lock out and give it a good clean and re-grease,the reason it breaks is its starting to seize, the new part wasn't too expensive.
