So I went to the garage at they have told me that the actuator on my turbo is very sticky, and that I'm going to need a new turbo.

I have done my research and think that I want to give the Mr Muscle trick a go. Only issue is that I am not sure where I need to spray it in to. I have found some guides on the internet, but all the pictures have expired. I know it needs to go into the turbo hot side, but I don't really know how to get there. I have a small amount of mechanical knowledge at best... Does anyone have a guide with pictures as to how to do it? If not, an idiot proof guide would be really appreciated. Any help at all would also be appreciated!

The car is a 2005 mk5 golf 2.0 GT tdi 140. thanks in advance!

As it is water based it causes the piston ring on the turbine shaft to go rusty and causes leaks, often a massive exhaust filling leak, there is no alternative to doing the job properly. One of my young mechanics thought he knew better on his A4 and did it at home, few days later and vehicle on a trailer for a turbo rebuild and to empty out the exhaust....
