2006 A4 2.0L TDI PCV Valve

Hi,
My friends 2006 Audi A4 2.0L TDI (BRD) is having issues with excessive oil leaks, blue smoke from the exhaust and lumpy idling.

The oil leaks seems to be from the cam cover and I noticed that there was excessive crankcase pressure when I removed the oil cap.
I removed the PCV cover on the cam cover and found it to be completely blocked up with gunge and the diaphram is completely out of shape and very soft. The pipe running down to the turbo cold side intake pipe was also completely blocked with gunge.

Audi are wanting to sell me a complete cam cover for £210 but this seems a bit excessive when it is just the diaphram that I need, does anyone know where I can source a aftermarket replacement?
I see a few on Ebay, but none of them look the same as the one I need
