I'd change the oil in the ZF Tiptronic at 70 to 80k miles or earlier if it starts getting clunky. Did it in my C6 despite the "sealed for life" positioning... it was getting clunky changes. Audi dealer protested that it was sealed for life but I insisted - and paid a lot for the change to be done. The oil is not cheap and it is labour intensive as it seems the gearboxes were not designed to make an oil change easy. On my C6 the gearbox returned to it's "new" self after the oil change so it was definitely worthwhile.
@54A4Avant... bear in mind that there are two gearboxes in play here. the 204 / 245 bhp V6 units have the 7 speed S-tronic dual clutch auto. Oil changes mandated every 38k.
The BiTdi 313bhp is the ZF 8 speed 'traditional' torque converter "Tiptronic" auto box - that is the discussion earlier in this post. It's a very robust gearbox - used in everything from Range Rovers to Bentleys
