Hi ive been having issues with these codes, There has been a loss of power which has caused a build up of soot in the DPF (but if i get a solution to this that should go) So i have read the codes with VCDS and this is what has come up

    P0113 00 [037] - Signal too High

    16856 - Diesel Particle Filter
    P2463 00 [165] - Excessive Soot Accumulation

    VAG Error Code: 16622/15984/000568/4166/5169/7295
    EOBD II Error Code: P0238

    Fault Location:
Manifold Pressure/Boost Sensor (G31) - Signal too High

    Possible Cause:
    Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL)(K83) active.

    Wiring/Connector(s).
    Manifold Pressure/Boost Sensor (G31) faulty.

    Possible Solutions:
    Check/Replace all faulty Wiring/Connector(s).
    Read Measuring Value Blocks (MVB).
    Check Manifold Pressure/Boost Sensor (G31).
    Signal voltage > 4.88 V.

    VAG Error Code: 16497/000275/20572/5282/4187/7308
    EOBD II Error Code: P0113

    Fault Location:
Intake Air Temperature Sensor 1 (G42) - Signal too High

    Possible Cause:
    Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL)(K83) active.

    Fuse(s).
Wiring/Connector(s) from/to Intake Air Temperature Sensor (G42) faulty.
Intake Air Temperature Sensor 1 (G42).

    Possible Solutions:
    Check/Replace Fuse(s).
    Check/Replace faulty Wiring/Connector(s).
    Read Measuring Value Blocks (MVB).
    Intake Air Temperature Sensor (G42) < -46°C.
Check/Replace Intake Air Temperature Sensor (G42).

    When is the code detected?:
An excessively high voltage from the sensor is sent to Engine Control Module (ECM).

    Description:
The Intake Air Temperature Sensor is built into mass air flow sensor or in some vehicles mounted to the air filter duct housing. The sensor detects intake air
temperature and transmits a signal to the Engine Control Module (ECM). The temperature sensing unit uses a thermistor which is sensitive to the change in
temperature. Electrical resistance of the thermistor decreases in response to the temperature rise. The Intake Air Temperature signal is used as an input for
    various systems in the vehicle.

    VAG Error Code: 18895/23902/16856/009315/7388
    EOBD II Error Code: P2463

    Fault Location:
Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) - Excessive Soot Accumulation

    Possible Cause:
    Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL)(K83) active.

    Diesel Particulate Filter "full".

    Possible Solutions:
    Check Diesel Particulate Filter.
    Perform Emergency
    Regeneration
    .

    Special Notes:
Check the repair manual for any Technical Product Information (TPI)/Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) related to dealer level engine control module software updates and revised replacement parts.

As taken from my new EOBD II Error Codes

I can't help you with a wiring diagram but I can tell you what the problem is likely to be from the data in your VCDS scan. It looks like your boost pressure sensor earth/ground is open circuit (probably a broken wire). With no earth to the sensor, the signal voltage will be 5V (ie too high). The IAT sensor is usually built into the boost pressure sensor and shares the same earth. The sensor earth might also be shared with the DPF pressure sensor too which might explain the DPF code as well.

If you have a voltmeter and a sewing needle or a pin you can use to back probe the sensor connector I can tell you how to test the circuit to confirm my suspicion....or show me up as an idiot (wouldn't be the first time )
The only problem might be getting at the sensor...see below.

Is there any way you could tell me the way to test the ground on this circuit? I know to an old post but I have the same symptoms.
