I do apologize for this list but I would like to get them all sorted out.
Error reading are not my forte but I know how to fix certain parts of/when needed and of course YouTube too.

    Hopefully someone can help me?Log-LC04-YHT-WVWZZZ1KZ4W130137-262980km-163408mi.txt

Has the EGR system been blocked off? Probably, most have. Then a number of codes that say "flat battery" and then someone sticks a boost pack on it which spikes and causes over voltage codes, clear and monitor. Someone has had the glovebox out with the ignition on. Aftermarket radio? Ohh, yes, the later code confirms that. Gen 1 or 2 steering rack, probably going to need a new rack. Alarm horn fubar, usual. Aux heater in air box fubar, £560 for a new one, plus fitting, every single person I have ever encountered with is code says something like, "What!, I will live with it....." People who drive diesels tend to be tight by nature. Overall a typical early Golf 5, only one con rod bearing away from the breakers yard.... I was at the launch in Frankfurt in 2003, seems like last year........

    Geez wow ok lol

EGR - Not had any information that it's been blocked off but I'm very likely to get a EGR delete soon.

I believe the flat battery was due to a bad starter motor but it's been replaced since this scan. Starting up wasn't easy and would seem like a flat battery was the cause.

Would it help if I removed the glove box (battery not connected obviously) make sure all cables are attached then refit it?

I do have a aftermarket radio fitted thus I believe the error for that.

I wasn't sure about the rack as the power steering still works. There is a creaking when I turn right and pulling off fast too.

I need to inspect the alarm horn to see for 1 if it's there or even connect and clean up the connectors.

Aux heater in the air box fubar? What's that?

EGR delete is illegal and I will not get involved, it is one of the reasons our air quality is so poor and is leading to the demise of the infernal combustion engine.

The air bag code, does it clear and return, i.e. a "hard code"?

Go into CAN BUS and delete the radio from the installation list, if no CAN BUS adapter is used, this will get rid of both codes.
