Door puddle lights

Happy with that. A bit chavvy I suppose but my lad thinks it's cool so that's OK by me.

Mine arrived today. Very easy to fit, but agree that there's not much give on the amount of wire to connect to. Will head out later to see how they look.

fitted a set of Quattro logo lights to the BiTdi today. Used pukka audi ones. The connection on the drivers door was so short It would not come out the hole for the light. I had to prise the door card open next to the hole and slip my fingers up the gap to hold the connection in place whilst fitting the new puddle light in place. Took me about 30 min for that one light and now have sore knuckles!. The other 3 doors took about 4 minutes in total because the connections were longer.
Have to say that they look fantastic. Very sharp image!

Hi looking through old treads re puddle lights and im after a set of the ones you got from german lights, i think i have halogen fitted to my car (light looks yellow) but was wondering do the LED ones they sell just plug and play with no warning lights etc

@kev get the genuine audi puddle lights. Very good quality and easily found on ebay from dealers.

Any will work.. even non genuine ones, Genuine audi just have the better quality

Halogen puddle lights and led have different connectors. Led connectors are like half the size.
You can get converters online. Emtuning used to sell converters.

mmmm too late iv'e ordered LEDs but ill get the connectors

just checked there and i deff have halogen puddle lights and by the looks of it Audi ran out of wiring when fitting them i will see if i can cancel the order.
