    Hi All,
Yesterday I fitted a new fuel filter on my Audi FSI, I watched you tube and it seemed easy. The next day after fitting, I took the car out for a run to see if it was okay. Setting off it seem fine, then out of the blue it started to kangaroo, I put it down to fitting the new filter, within 5 Secs it was fine. Then it did it again, the same amount of time, and over the seven miles I did the car kangarooed six times. Does anyone know what has caused this, I expected it the first time, but to continue that I didn't. Hopefully it's something not so difficult to put right, thanks Donald.

Checked for any blockages? Maybe it's worth going back and removing it and seeing if the car returns to running normally. It could be that you've fitted it incorrectly - might not be of course! What is the fuel filter like? Loads of variations out there...

The fuel filter looks the same, it has the same in and out going connections, but i'll take it out and see if the old filter works, thanks.
