    Default Mk5 Golf tdi front passenger window install – 30-07-2017,02:51 PM
    Please help!!! Locked my keys in the car and dident want to damage the doors or locks so i just put my passenger window through. Iv removed the door card thinking the window sits behind it... oh i was wrong it has a metal skin behind the door card and i am now stuck on how to install my new window. Any help would be much appreciated if anyone could find a video of the installment that would be awsome. Thanks

    Guess you've sorted this now but for anyone finding this in future, it's just a case of removing the plastic covering down the inside edge of the door and bottom and theres a load of hex heads to remove which will free the metal skin. Theres also a couple near the hinges too. Video below which should help
