2006 Passat B6, estate 1.9D - ABS PUMP

Hello Everybody

I put my car into a local (Recomended) garage yesterday, and got told today that my car needs a ABS PUMP.
I read up a we bit online about them and the garage told me that they must be a numbers matching part (like for like)
I phoned 2 local parts supplyers, and they says they dont supply them(I could sense, by, tone of there voices, that they give them a wide berthdue to cost reasons!!), although 1 of them advised me to call a company called TPS in Glasgow city. They quoted me £1003.00 plus vat !!, I asked if they were a VW Dealer and thy guy said YES !! (as I thought it was just another motor factors parts supplier) ha ha ha yeah right ya !!

So brings me to the question ?
Does anyone out there know of any suppliers in the uk that can provide me with a numbers matching part ?
So far today online I have found a numbers matching part on Ebay for £125.00 and a company who will re-con my own part for £350.00 with a 3 day turnaround time.

Any suggestions would be most helpfull .... ...... ...... ......

Try BBA reman,but before that what's the problem with the car,have you had a scan done with vcds,it could be a wheel sensor.
