Hi I've got a 2005 golf gt tdi 140 bkd and it keeps juddering, only once in a while but when it happens it's bad, it only seems to happen when the engine is hot! And when it happens my glow plug light flashes and comes up with engine fault garage but I'll turn my ignition off and it will dissapere till next time had it plugged in and only one fault code for egr but that's because I've blanked it off, also it has been cutting out randomly.

Callum this sounds like a very big issue with your golf. I'd take it to a trained mechanic if I were you. It'll probably be a lot of work on your own.

Check the fuel filter to make sure it isn't black and full of engine oil.

Thanks I'll check that when I get home from work, it's strange because it only happens when the engine is at operating temperature

It could be that the ECU is getting upset about you blanking off the EGR system, it's illegal anyway. If that is the only fault code coming up, re-instate the EGR and try it.

I've took it to the garage and they don't know what's up with it, I've bought myself a little code reader and Un blanked the egr and no fault codes have come back, but the judder is getting worse

The trouble is with that code reader you may only be seeing OBDII codes, not all of the codes the ECU can show are OBDII, don't you know of a decent VW specilsist near you?
