Vibration

Hi, just bought A4 Quattro 2l diesel automatic. 3 years old and 24K miles. All seems fine but between 70 and 80mph there's small vibration. It's not constant and seems to be worse on an incline rather than coasting downhill (e.g. if on cruise control). Any ideas what it could be before I take it back to the dealer. I drive the same motorway home and to work so am familiar with road and can say that there is an issue after approximately 400 miles so far.

Hi, is the vibration in the steering wheel or the car in general, and have you had new tyres recently? It could be as simple as wheel balancing needing re-doing. If its vibration in the steering when then its the front wheels...if its in the car generally then its the back. I usually find when mine are out they hit in the same region (70-80ish).
