Hi, if anyone can help, I'v bought a set of Bilstein b12 suspension kit, consist Bilstien b8 dampers and eibach sportline springs, when travelling at high speed, it feels that the car is bouncing to much at the rear, it also feels that the shocks is not recovering back enough to ride over bumps, and that I'm only driving on my springs, there's rumours that the back stop need to be cut down to position the shock. Any help would be appreciated

We fit the bump stops from the factory 1BE sports kits as cutting down bump stops can be problematic as it can remove their mounting or shield location areas.

The shocks itself is shorter on the Bilstein b8 and the springs are lower too,

If you have the 1BA standard suspension, fit the 1BE sports suspension bump stops and dust shields.

I'v email Bilstein UK and ask for advice, they recommend to cut the bump stop down, but didn't say by how much without looking at it, so today I bite the bullet and cut down an inch, and gone for a test drive, car feel alot planted at the rear now, it also absorbing the bumps alot better
