Just changed damaged osr door card on the wifes A6 and her car has many extra lights compared to the card I bought, easy enough if a little fiddly to swap everything over, but noticed the led strip light jobby under the brushed alloy trim and cant work out how to make it switch on, the red and white door lamps are working just fine as is the little red led in the interior door pull handle, didnt check the ashtray one.
Checked on the nav screen and ambience lighting is on its brightest setting.

No none of the other three led under trim lights are working.
After I posted I did wonder whether it works on the light sensor for the auto lights?
As I very rarely drive it I dont tend to play with anything and shes happy so long as the radio and a/c works!

These are pretty dim even on high. You will need it to be dark. Even in a well lit street at night you may not see them.

I guess they add something, otherwise Audi wouldn't put them on. Never noticed mine though

I can believe that but down here its street light central just about everywhere, seems really strange when you come across a road thats not lit up.

Sorry, I can't make that out, it's too dark! Where are these lights exactly?
