emission light come on dash t4 estate 2006

ive filled tank and driven low twice ,,,,light went out for two days ,,,, came on taken to garage had it switched off ,,,, came on again two days later ,,, ok what next , any ideas change petrol filter maybe ?? HELP PLEASE ,,,,,,,,,ORIGINAL QUESTION >>> ,,hello gang , after i put £6 of petrol in my diesel 06 audi t4 last week, by mistake , realised quick , and then put £45 diesel on top ,, all was ok till today 6 days later , not used car too much since maybe 80 miles ,,the emission light came on today while doing shopping in next village , 10 mile return trip , what can i expect will happen ? shall i fill up again ? ,will red x help ?

You've diluted it nearly 8 to 1,that's without taking into consideration what was already in there so it should be ok and nothing serious but crystal ball stuff until its code read.
